"Even loss and betrayal can bring us awakening."
As promised, I've revised this page again. I've been rather busy with school (or rather the pretense of being busy with it) that I'm late with this by a couple of weeks. Thanks to Dave for reminding me to update my page regularly. I tried looking for some old poems I wrote when I was in high school but I think I misplaced them somewhere... Instead, I found this prayer which I copied from my high school counselor's room:
May those that love us, love us; And those that don't love us, may God turn their hearts; And if He doesn't turn their hearts, May He turn their ankles So we may know them by their limping. Ha-ha. My counselor was a pretty cool person. His name is Bro. Jim Dunne, S.J. from the Ateneo de Manila High School. He's a big fan of anything New York: the Knicks and the Rangers. He got sick with multiple-screlosis several years ago, but he's managed to be strong the last time I saw him (two years ago?). Anyway, he also loves beer, which I like now especially ice cold. I would like to apologize that I have no new articles this month (this text is about the only thing new here), but you can still access the articles from last issue. My nephew Julian has been crying all day and he's driving me nuts -- he gave me a migrane that just won't go away... Anyway, check out The Wizards of the Coast, makers of Magic: the Gathering Collectible Card Game. I luckily managed to get on their list of Top 500 players... And, if you happen to use IRC and would like to chat, try visiting #filipino, #flirtin or #gaymanila on Undernet. Look for me as "Kayin". I was just watching ESPN the other day and saw the great Tiger Woods win his first professional golf tournament. At twenty years old, playing in only his fifth pro event, he's simply the best! Let's goooooo... Tiger! Anyhow, as always, check out this page every two weeks for any changes. This page has recieved over five-hundred hits and you don't know how excited that makes me feel. To everyone, thanks for visiting. See you soon! |
